Here you can read what information we store about you, why, who we share it with, and what rights you have.

When you shop with us
We store your name, address, phone number, email address and what you have bought. We use this information to deliver your order, send you order and shipping confirmations, and help you if you cancel or make a complaint. The legal basis is our agreement with you (the purchase).
We never see your card details. Payment is handled by our payment providers (Shopify Payments, MobilePay, PayPal and Klarna).
How long do we keep the information?
We keep orders and invoices for 5 years after the end of the financial year, because Danish bookkeeping law requires it. After that they are deleted.
Newsletter
If you sign up for our newsletter, we store your email address and which emails you open, so we can send you relevant news. The legal basis is your consent. You can always unsubscribe using the link at the bottom of every email; we then stop immediately.
If you put items in your basket without completing the purchase, we may send you one reminder by email.
Reviews
After a purchase you may receive an invitation to review us on Trustpilot. The invitation is only sent to customers who have completed a purchase. We do not edit the reviews, and both positive and negative reviews are shown publicly.
Cookies
The first time you visit us, we ask which cookies you accept. Necessary cookies (e.g. for the basket and your choice of country) are always used. Statistics and marketing cookies are only used if you say yes:
- Statistics: Google Analytics shows us how the site is used, so we can improve it.
- Marketing: Google Ads and Meta (Facebook and Instagram) show us which ads work and may show you our ads.
If you say no or do not answer, only the necessary cookies are used. You can change your choice at any time via the cookie settings at the bottom of the page.
Who do we share information with?
We never sell your information. We only share what is necessary with the companies that help us:
- Shopify (webshop and checkout)
- PostNord and DHL via Shipmondo (shipping)
- Shopify Payments, MobilePay, PayPal and Klarna (payment)
- Omnisend (newsletter and emails)
- Trustpilot (reviews)
- Google and Meta (statistics and ads, only with your consent)
- Our accountant and bookkeeping system (accounting)
Some of these companies store data outside the EU, e.g. in the USA and Canada. This only happens with the safeguards the EU requires (the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework).
Your rights
You have the right to:
- know what information we hold about you
- have incorrect information corrected
- have your information deleted when we no longer need it (orders, however, must be kept for 5 years)
- withdraw your consent, e.g. for the newsletter and cookies
- receive your information so you can take it elsewhere

If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet, Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby, www.datatilsynet.dk) or to the data protection authority in your own country.
