This base is identical to our best-selling base — the regular dark yak we’ve had for years. This one is just a bit thicker. After cashmere, this yak base is the softest we have and it’s perfect for people with wool allergies, since it doesn’t contain sheep’s wool and therefore no lanolin, which is often what people react to. This version is a bit lighter and doesn’t drape as heavily as the other base. It’s perfect for sweaters, easy to work with, and gives a lovely, even result.
